If you have Sky, then you can get a free Guinness glass as follows:
1. Press Interactive on the Sky Remote
2. Press 1 to go to Sky Active
3. Scroll along the menu until you get 'A-Z & MORE'
4. Press 4
5. Select Guinness
6. Press Select to confirm you are over the Age of 18
7. Select 'The Giveaway'
